Reservation Requirements:

1. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve room.
2. 2 day minimum stay required on weekends and holidays
3. $500 non-refundable reservation deposit required to reserve dates
4. Reservation deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled forty-five (45) days prior to check in date.
5. Upon check in the $500 reservation deposit converts to a refundable $500 security deposit.
